‘Pension freedom servicing’ is most important to advisers, followed by ‘product and proposition’ according to our annual pension service survey. Personal pension, drawdown and SIPP are the three most recommended types of pension solutions, so focus on drawdown should be a priority for providers in terms of communication and service and allocate appropriate resource to these areas.

Platform service review 2018 Content only accessible to registered users

February 2018

Results of our annual platform service review is now available. The survey asked financial advisers to rank the most important aspects of service and then rate their own experience of platform providers. The results were then plotted, identifying gaps in satisfaction experience.
