Results of our annual service review for investment bond providers is now available. The survey asked financial advisers to rank the most important aspects of service and then rate their own experience of onshore and international bond providers. The results were then plotted, identifying gaps in satisfaction experience.

Investment bond service is below expectation in 3 out of 7 service areas. Advisers who completed the survey, identified the most important service aspects to be ‘provider strength and brand’ and providers are meeting their expectations in this area. In comparison, both ‘new business administration’, ‘existing business administration’ and 'online services' fall below advisers expectations.
