Since 2005 we have been conducting annual service satisfaction surveys across various areas among the adviser community to collate their views on the service they receive from the providers they use.

We include the findings from these surveys in a number of outputs to help inform advisers’ provider selection decisions - including Defaqto Service Ratings.

The service satisfaction scores are also available in Defaqto Matrix - our market and competitor intelligence software for providers - enabling you to compare your perceived level of service against the competition.
